Description
Garnet in colour, the 2021 Nebbiolo is light to medium in body with pretty aromas of sour red cherry, pomegranate, dried rose petal and violet. Beneath the fruit and floral there is an invigorating freshness with hints of Alpine herbs and red clay minerals. A burst of vibrant red fruit continues on to the palate with mouth-watering acidity and racy tannins. Pairs well with braised, rich meats, aged Parmesan or truffle frites.

The Nebbiolo grapes were picked on 26 May 2022, followed by fermentation on skins until 7 June. The wine was then racked to French Oak for maturation until bottling which took place in March 2022. Alcohol: 12%, pH: 3.54, TA: 7.7 g/L.
